Build CivilPro to suit your team

One annual plan plus seats — the more you need, the cheaper they get. No lock-in contracts. Unlimited projects. Inspectors, testing subs and your Client participate free.

Two parts, that's it

An annual plan that runs the platform, and a seat for each person who needs full access. Slide to your team size below for the numbers.

1

The annual plan

Your own private database and the whole platform, however many projects you run through it.

  • Private Azure database, app service and file storage
  • QA module — the full Lot-based spine
  • Field module — mobile checklists and capture
  • Payment, Cost and Document modules included
  • Web and Desktop apps on one shared dataset
  • Automatic updates
  • Weekday 9–5 support
  • Unlimited projects, at no extra cost
2

Seats

One per person who needs full access. The more you hold, the less each one costs.

  • Permission-controlled — roles set per user, not per team
  • Assign a seat to every project on the account, not one
  • Web and Desktop both covered by the one seat
  • Not locked to a person — reassign it when someone moves off the job
  • Add seats any time, prorated to your renewal date
  • Reduce at the start of the next period
  • Inspectors, testing subs, surveyors and your Client don't take one

Estimate the cost for your team

Slide to your seat count for an indicative annual figure. It's an estimate, not a quote — the annual plan and private database are already included in it. Already a customer? Tick the box to price extra seats up to your renewal date.

Project setup / configuration — $250 p/hr

Importing registers, configuring ITPs, setting up roles — we're happy to help get your first project running smoothly.

Targeted training — $250 p/hr

Make sure your team is across all the features and using the platform consistently.

Want to trial it on one project first?

Most teams would rather prove it on a real job than argue it in a meeting. That's what the Proof of Concept package is for.

Proof of Concept — 6 months

A lower-outlay, supported introduction to CivilPro. Pick an upcoming project, and we set it up with you.

  • 10 user seats — more seats than a small annual plan, for less
  • 6 hours of our time included, to get setup right and fast
  • Private Azure database, full Web and Desktop access
  • Inspectors, testing subs and your Client still free on top

What we do with those hours

Not a support credit you have to ration. We do the back-end setup so your site team doesn't have to.

  • Roles, workflows and permissions configured to how you work
  • Your ITPs, drawings and Lot numbering loaded in
  • Contract Notice and notification templates built
  • Onboarding sessions, then check-ins to refine as you go

At the end of the six months — if you continue, the annual subscription starts the day after the trial ends, at whatever seat count you nominate. No gap in access, no second procurement round, and the templates, history and users carry straight over.

If you don't continue, everything you've created is yours to export — reports, PDFs, CSVs. We'll walk you through it.

Pricing questions

Does CivilPro require a contract? What's the subscription term?
CivilPro is an annual plan, paid by invoice. A renewal quote is sent one month before your term ends. No lock-in — you can cancel any time and use CivilPro until your paid term finishes.
What's the difference between a User and an Associate?
A User takes a paid seat and has full access. An Associate is a free, limited role — Field Agents annotating checklists, and Approval Agents (your Client, Inspectors) responding to requests and signing off. Plans currently include 200 free Associates.
Do my Client, Inspectors and testing subcontractors pay?
No — they participate free as Associates. That's deliberate: QA works best when everyone contributes to one register, so we don't gatekeep participation.
We need to add or remove seats mid-term — how does billing work?
Added seats are billed on a one-time prorated quote for the remainder of your current period. Seat reductions take effect from the start of the next billing period.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Three options: keep the server on a small monthly holding fee, take a full backup before deletion (a small amount of billed dev time), or full deletion. Reactivating later needs a small server setup fee plus backup load.
Can we pay by credit card?
Payment is by invoice only at this stage. Talk to our sales team to set up your account — including credit account options for eligible businesses.
Is CivilPro suitable for vertical building or residential work?
CivilPro is purpose-built for civil construction — Lot-based QA on roads, subdivisions, bridges, rail, marine and mining infrastructure. It's not designed for vertical building or residential workflows.
